Everlee and Sophia enjoyed a quiet day playing with the special things in their Sasha trunk...
They especially enjoyed playing with the baby dolls though..
They were ever so gentle with these little bisque baby dolls.
Sophia was very taken with hers and was trying to to think of a name for it.
This trunk and the dolls kept them occupied for hours!
love that trunk!! you have some great props!!
ReplyDeleteThe trunk is great and all the little items inside it were so well thought out. The girls have enjoyed this for quite a few years now.
DeleteThe dolls and their trunk are perfect! Love the bed with it's quilt, too! Funny...two of my great nieces named Sophia and Everleigh, (which is pronounced the same as Everlee.)
ReplyDeleteHow funny you have great nieces with these names - they are good names! I didn't name Everlee, my friend did, but I kept her name when she came to live with me.
DeleteWhat a gorgeous little trunk. I may steal this idea if I may. I have seen those pretty little cardboard suitcases in the shops and now that I've made quite a few dresses for Ezri they are just in a drawer. They're own little suitcase would be a great way to store them and keep them clean and crease free between wearing! I love the little bisque dolls too :) Jane x
ReplyDeleteTrunks are a great way for the dolls to store their toys or clothes. I will have to show Lewis' trunk soon, it is a lot bigger than this, but it is for all his clothes etc...
DeleteThis lovely little trunk was made for me back in 2012 - you can read the post here: http://sewingforsasha.blogspot.co.uk/2012/12/secret-santa-swap-gifts-revealed-part_28.html
