Advent 2018 - Day Twenty Four - Christmas Eve!

Hey there Henry.

Hi Alice.

Have you come to open the last window Henry?

Yes!  All the other girls wanted me to open it today as they said it was only right.

Now where is the last door?

Aha, here it is down here.

Henry bends down to ope the last window.

Out pops a little princess with some accessories.

Hmm....

What do you think those white things are Alice?

No idea Henry!

The little ribbon and bow on the back of the princess.

Henry and Alice admire the scene, but are still stumped by the little white plastic discs.

Henry couldn't find his red shirt, so decided that the green would be okay.

He is wishing for a hair job for Christmas!  As he is almost completely bald at the back, he has to posed rather strategically!

Advent 2018 - Day Twenty Three

Alice is thrilled she still lives at Rose Cottage, as during the year she was looking for a new home.  She is even more excited to be opening the Advent Calendar.

She searches for the window for today, knowing that there are only two left!

Aha, here it is, she thinks to herself.

Hmmm...what do we have here?

A little sail boat, perfect for the sailors in the family and of course a box to package it up in.

She puts it down on the little scene.

Just by the tree with the others.

Alice poses for her Christmas photo.

She has picked the skiing penguins dress.

Advent 2018 - Day Twenty Two

Maddison is getting another turn with the Calendar, she didn't want to decorate the tree this year, much preferring to see what is inside the calendar.

She finds the door numbered 22 and can't wait to see what is inside.

She sits and looks at the little scene after placing the little skis that she found behind the door.  I have a feeling that she will play with it most of the day.

The little Playmobil people will certainly be well equipped if it snows with a sled and skis!

Advent 2018 - Day Twenty One

As quite a few of the other girls are now busy decorating the Christmas Tree, Molly gets a chance to open another window on the Calendar.

She is excited to see what is inside.

Oh, a little teddy bear and cute little table.

Isn't that cute?

What fun!

Advent 2018 - Day Twenty

Sindy comes across the Sashas' Advent Calendar.

She is astonished at how big it is, but thought she would quite like to open a window to discover what is inside.

Fortunately the door for today's date is her height.

She pulls out the little package

and discovers a little parrot inside on his perch.

She puts him on the scene.

It is starting to look exciting with all that is going on.

Sindy hopes she doesn't get caught by the Sasha girls, as they are a lot bigger than her!

Advent 2018 - Day Nineteen

Marcia, why haven't you got a Christmas dress on?  Emily asks.

I don't want to wear one!  Marcia replies.

But we are all wearing one.  Emily says.

Quite clearly we are not.  Marcia states...anyway I have a red jumper and red shoes, oh and of course my red hat, so that has to count.

Emily looks down at Marcia's sandals.  Well I guess so... she says doubtfully.

Anyway on to business...it was quite clear that nothing was going to persuade Marcia otherwise.

She looks for today's little door.

I can't believe it is the 19th December already.  She says as she opens the little door.

This month seems to be going so quickly.  I hope Santa has time to get our presents organised!

Well what do we have here?

It looks like a little case.  Marcia shows Emily.

There was also a little music book.

Marcia puts the little case down by the tree.

What else do you think we will get? Marcia asks Emily.

Perhaps a Christmas dress for you Marcia!  Emily couldn't help saying with a giggle.

The scene is set.
