Getting Ready for Valentine's Day.

Clara and Peggy Sue are excited about Valentine's Day and wonder if they will be lucky enough to get some Valentine Cards.  They have both changed into pretty pink dresses.  They are planning to make some cards themselves and some decorations.

Clara

Sweet Peggy Sue

They wanted a photo of them both standing to attention...haha

Sweet girls.

They are joined by Clementine who is wearing a dress and cardigan that Peggy Sue has let her borrow.

Such a pretty girl too.

Also dressed in pink are some of the Sasha girls.  Their post can be seen on my Sasha Haven blog.

Wandering with Wren at Shanklin Beach

She shows the other one too.

Wandering with Wren - Freshwater Bay

Wren enjoyed a lovely wander along Freshwater Bay on Saturday afternoon.

She enjoyed sitting on the beach quietly contemplating to the sound of the sea lapping the shore.

Staring out to sea.

Some more sitting...

Wandering with Wren - Life in Miniature Dolls' Houses

Yesterday Wren wandered over to Ryde to see a Dolls' House exhibition of one lady's collection.

A little note about the collection.

There were also sheets to read about each house which was really interesting.

Wren was amazed at all the detail in these little houses.

Such a lot of work went into them.

This was unique!

She loved the toy shop.

and the sewing and wool shop.

These was a fun house too.

I liked this older style house, it has a certain charm.

Wren really enjoyed these houses and hopes that we have got some inspiration to work on ours at some stage.

Well that was Christmas 2022!

Well here we are, the last day of 2022 and I have finally uploaded the photos of the Christmas dolls in their finery.

I won't worry about who is who, unless someone specifically wants to know...please ask if so.

This was the little Nativity Scene that the various dolls opened for Advent last year.

The Sasha dolls adorned their usual spot on the dresser.

Another group here...

A mixed group here...with sadly my Waldorf Inspired doll missing...seems she was busy elsewhere when this photo was taken!

The bigger dolls

And that was Christmas.

We didn't have a large tree this year due to the puppies and the fact they would have got up to too much mischief with all the decorations!

I did daily Advent openings on my YouTube Channel and the playlists of both of those can be found below:
