With the warmer weather, Everlee Rose Morgan has changed out of her fabulous lilac/purple outfit into something blue, just in time for a bit of Monday Blues.
Just love the Forget Me Nots, they make such a pretty back drop.
I love how the flowers and her eyes and dress all harmonize perfectly. It's hard to find flowers that are truly blue. Everlee is such a sweet little girl.
I love Everlee and her blue, and I have always loved this poem...Norvell
Exclusive Flower Her flowers were exclusive blue. No other color scheme would do. Better than God she could reject Being a gardener more select. Blue it was against the green With nothing not blue sown or seen. Yet secretly she half-confessed With blue she was not wholly blessed. All blues, she found, do not agree. Blues riot in variety. Purist-perfectionist at heart, Her vision flew beyond her art — Beyond her art, her touch, her power, To teach one blue to each blue flower. Robert Francis
Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful poem with me Norvell. I am going to write it in my daily journal today. I really like this sweet girl and so glad I have her.
She looks just perfect in her lovely dress amongst the pretty forget me nots. And how many of these flowers you have, and they all look healthy! I have never been very lucky with them.
I too love forget me knots and also the month of May. Wheeler looks lovely in her dress x
ReplyDeleteThank you Theresa....although Wheeler? ;-)

ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting Julie and leaving such a lovely comment. The dress is perfect for her especially standing amongst the flowers.
